I had an amazing time staying at this hostel! The location was perfect, being close to both the festival grounds and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with spacious lockers for my belongings. The shared facilities were always well-maintained, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The staff, especially Marko, were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I also enjoyed the bar in the back area, where I could grab a beer and chat with fellow travelers. a fantastic experience!

The shuttle bus from Split airport dropped me off quite far from the hostel, which was a bit inconvenient.

I stayed at Hostel Marko for a festival at Garden Resort and it was the perfect choice. Marko, the host, was incredibly nice and helpful. He even came to meet me when I arrived late at night. The location of the hostel is right on top of the festival, but you can still escape the noise if you want. The outdoor patio area is great for chilling and having drinks. The showers and toilets were good, and the rooms had lockers of a good size. a fantastic experience.

    Totally recommend this hotel.

The hostel was always clean, thanks to Marko's mom who diligently cleaned the rooms every morning. The fully equipped kitchen was a great plus for us, as we enjoy cooking our own meals. The location was perfect, being right next door to the festival grounds and the beach, and just a short 15-minute walk to the town center with its various restaurants and grocery stalls. We really was like family with Marko as our host, as he regularly checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The other guests were also friendly, and the mornings were quiet and peaceful, providing great moments for introverts like us to recharge. We would highly recommend this hostel and will definitely be staying here again in the future. our experience was fantastic!

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was clean and tidy, and the location couldn't have been better, especially for attending festivals at The Garden. The staff, especially Marko, were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Breakfast delights could be enhanced with the addition of a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the beach and in a quiet area. This allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit.

The mattress in the room was quite rough, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider changing the mattresses to improve guests' sleeping experience.

This hostel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from both the beach and the bustling city center. For those attending festivals, it couldn't be more ideal, as it's right next door to the festival site. the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. the friendly and accommodating staff, led by Marko, provided excellent service throughout our stay. the hostel also had great facilities, including a terrace with chairs and sun loungers, a well-equipped kitchen, and lockers in the bedrooms to ensure security.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning properly, making it a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer weather.
